I was fishing Harbor Bay last night when I decided to try the back side of the barge. When I came back out front my bag with between $75-$100 worth of Bobby Garland baits were gone.

Not a great way to end the evening but I guess a good excuse to head back to Bass Pro.

Thieves suck!

I had just put my 3rd fish on the stringer when i found my stuff missing... got to discussed to stay after that.

undastood,man i left all my stuff($100 worth) at Rowlett creek last year and didn't realize it till a few days later. know how u feel.

That sucks, i take a few key colors i know im gonna use in a little two sided plano box.. Thats for marinas anyways..

It has happend to me at a local spot,a few years back.These are hard lessons learned, but fishing a barge or boat slips you should make good use of your pockets. I know this sucks all your hard earned money.Try to only carry what you can fit in your pockets.

Keep fishing down there. They're bound to come back. A ball bat and some kind words could change they're whole perspective on life. Who knows you could end up with some extra tackle yourself.

Happened to me 3 years ago.What made it worse was I just left Barlows Tackle and headed to the power plant in Greenville.I walked the creek maybe 20 yards turned around bag was gone.Spent over $100 on Garland's.Better off not knowing who did it I had my 380 in my jacket.

damn thieves dont belong anywhere near real fisherman. had similiar problems at my local crappie dock last year. Never seen or heard of anyone getting all their jigs or tackle stollen they were stealing peoples fish and baskets along with every minnow bucket they could find. when walking around the dock jigging and my stuff being out of my sight i have always had the thought in the back of my mind and would catch myself looking every now and then at my tackle. I do believe i have had packs of jigs stolen out of a small bag that i keep about 40 packs of bobby g's in but never all of them. that really sux and karma will get their [censored]. were there some younger looking punks out there or some scumbag looking type people. most likely just could have been one of those type that just has sticky fingers and no respect. truly not a fisherman from the heart if they fish regularly.

I saw the guys but had not seen them before. I talked to one of the night managers and he tells me he will be on the lookout.

I`ve heard that In some countries their Thumbs or Hands would be cut off as a form of punishment.They should consider themselves very lucky scumbags.
