Drive slow. Lots of humps in the middle of nowhere. Lake is 5' low. Fish have been biting good. Big schools of shad mid lake. Fish close by.

Question: EM is kind of long and skinny. When you refer to mid-lake, is that the N-S orientation, around Lakeview, or in the wider main body south of the island. I'm going to try EM tomorrow and finding shad is not my greatest skill. Not looking for your sweeet spots, just a general idea of where to look.

Definitely have to be careful, I've run onto sand bars my last two trips. My fault for not watching the GPS like I should.

Shallow sand bar with stumps off chuches ponit right south of girl scout camp and anglers club which would be south of lakeview and north of the island and goes halfway across open water towards party cove where the tie off goes on during summer also real shallow around island been doing good in 5' to 16' of water on fresh shad will be there tonight and this weekend so if you're out there say hello also the spot or harbour 1 ramp is still in use just take it slow unloading a little steep bluewave cc but not the one with the fancy lights thats deerstrangler sorry Bob
