Ok, professed newbie here:

I'm going to go down to Fort Anahuac Park one day this weekend and do some fishing.

Previous posts talk about successes pre/post tidal patters.

Do I use typical tidal predictions +/- a few minutes given the inshore pier?

Any hints, suggestion, tips, secrets?

I'm totally new to this, but completely excited. I only got into this sport in the last year, and after Christmas, finally have my rig and tackle ready to go.
