I purchased a used boat in Shreveport La. this past weekend and had it checked out at H&W Marine. I've owned/operated boats since "86" and have only found one other shop where you can visit with the guy while he works on your boat. I learned more about Optimax engines in 2 hours than you could imagine. The Service Mgr. name is Terry and the Mechanic's name is James. I live in Temple, TX and should anything serious go wrong with my Merc. I will gladly drive the 4 1/2 hours to have these guy's work on it. If you want great friendly boat service I strongly recommend H&W Marine.
