I got my card bill from them yesterday & the 7 was advertised for $580 after rebate with navonics & lakemaster. I rushed home & called they were all gone & there is not one Cabelas store in the country that has one. Did anyone get one of these at that price ?????? Or does your store have any for sale ? This isn't right.

Forth Worth is out of them. Gander Mountain has them for $799 before rebate.

I was in there today and forgot to check on the price. I might have to go back tomorrow. That will knock me down to one more thing to buy this winter.

I saw the Cabelas ad that had them for $599 after rebate a week or two ago, which means $665 roughly after rebate and taxes. $865 out the door.

Cabelas lost my business doing stuff like this awhile back. I tried to order 7.62 x 39 ammo the day they put it on sale and they didn't have a single box of it in the entire nation. (it was 1000 rounds for $200 and I know they didn't sell out immediately at that price). Just some false advertising to get people in the door. Say what you want about BPS, but I've never seen them do that.

FWIW, Academy kept running that HDS-5 sale in their weekly ad long after they had any in stock. I didn't appreciate that either. If you're going to put an ad out to get people in the store, you better have the stuff in stock at least when you publish the ad. Just my $.02

I recieved a flyer about two weeks ago with the HDS 7 listed at $400 off- (including rebate) I called Fort Worth store that day and they were "sold out"- Then I recieved another flyer in the mail with the same offer and was told there were none left at ANY cabelas- I am with you?????

The more I look at the ad the worse it gets.There is also 10% club points on this. You get $78 in store credit when you buy it. Also could someone tell me about the Navonics & Lakemaster are these standard options with a HDS 7 or are they extra ?

I when to the Allen and pick my up but have issue with the credit card. So they told me that they will hold it for me for 5 days. 2 Day later I came back and they sold the damn thing to some els. So they end selling me the display one but have to go thru hell for it because the saleman saying that it cost $999.00 eventhough it is the same exact unit but old and display. The people that work is a pain in the [censored] to talk to and dont have a lot of knowleght.

Gen 1's are getting clearanced because Lowrance isn't making them anymore. Rain check won't do you any good.

If you live close to a Gandermountain, check there. Yesterday I bought an HDS-7 for $799 plus the mail in rebate. Also opened a credit card to recieve an additional 30% off. Also our Academy has the HDS-7 for $899 and they will price match plus they will give 20% off if you open a credit card.
