Yeah I know this has been over like a piece of roadkill but I tried search and maximum is 3 days so that's No help. What's the best one. Tacklewarehouse has the naked for 199 and another one for 299. I know which of y'all use these and I'm wanting to get one before I go back to falcon.

My wife got me one (late Christmas present) and it is a cool little camera. I just used the default setting for a while trying to shoot a deer on camera and got some pretty good video. I have been playing with the settings and found that on 1080 you can adjust the width of your shot and not get the "fisheye" look. Gonna put on the boat and hopefully catch some fish and see how that turns out. It will run about 2 hours with 16 gig card (batteries play then too).

Get the Hero 2, extra batteries (at least one and the battery bacpac). The bacpac lets you charge batteries in your boat with a cig lighter adapter. They are sweet little cameras. The Hero2 motorsports edition is what you need because you want that suction cup mount. I also use a go pole for my water line shots. They are great, before my video got x'd again by youtube because the audio you could see what they film like, which is incredible for the price point, size, and effectiveness of these cams. You won't be sorry getting one, but the Hero2 is an upgrade.

Yeah Jeremy I saw your video and was wondering if you had the hero 2. I was looking at that one on tacklewarehouse and the extras on their website I assume.

For sure with everything else!!

But seriously, I have a Hero 2 with three battery bacpacs and want the second camera to do 3D to watch on the TV.

the 3D attachment is $99, but I just need the second camera. I have plenty of mounts so I don't need them.

Might be a stupid question but how well does suction cup hold. I'd hate to stick camera on motor and look back and it's gone or hear a splash and watch it sink.

it's never come off when flying down the river in my allison, i'm amazed at how well they hold on.

I made a lanyard for it just in case but it's never come off on me so far

these aren't edited or anything so they are kinda bring clips, on this one at about 2:15 or so i cross a boat wake pretty hard and water slapps it and it hangs on
