So im planning on goin fishing this weekend maybe for some carp or gar..... i live in alvarado just south of ft.worth and needed some place to go... i was thinking about maybe the trinity or somethin i have a 14' john boat with a 25 horse motor, i need some tips on where to fish, bait to use etc. any helpo at all is greatly appreciated!!! thx

With a name like Minnowkiller, you may need to convince some of the folks here that you're practicing catch and release before you get some help.

Pat cleburne lake....I know there are some big gar and carp in that lake as well as the creek running off it.

And you better be catching and releasing
those minnows lol.
