Has any one used a LakeMaster map card? If so what is your opinion on the card?

I had a Lakemaster card when I had HB graphs and loved it, especially on Fork. It shows well defined creek channels, house foundations, roadbeds, etc. and has a lot of other cool features. It is very accurate and I prefer it over Navionics hands down on Fork. The problem is that there arent many lakes on the card. It shows nothing other than a generic base map on Monticello for example.

Mallard is correct, if it's one or the other I think you have to go with Navionics. Although the LakeMaster is a superior card both from mapping and additional features their are far fewer maps on it.

I just received my LakeMaster Chip last week< i been playing around with it here in the driveway. For sure more options than a Navionics Card just less lakes. Ill be out on my home lake tomorrow if i bear the cold weather and try it out. I'm excited about the future with this company

Heres a nice video of some of its features

I just hate you cant upgrade to version 2, you have to buy the whole card, that is correct right? I want falcon on mine and it doesnt have it but I heard the second does.

I talked to the LM folks last week and they have not decided, or at least will not publicly announce whether they are going to offer an upgrade or trade in program when new versions come out. Let's let them know that we want that or we will all wait (even though I didn't) on buying until they have all the lakes as the Nav chips

Sounds like a pretty good lake map. Do the only work on Humminbirds?
