Called FW city pound yesterday to ask for an extension on the due date of Heineken's neutering. Had to leave a message to the ONLY person in the WHOLE office that can assist me...hmmm. Left a message at 8:30am waited til noon still no call back. I called back again and of course straight to voice mail. Left a message again at 12:30pm. Today, Tuesday morning 8am still no call back from the pound called back again and asked if it would be better if I came in personally to ask for this extension. I was told yes it would be better...very inconvenient to say the least. I got there at 9:25am and was told the ONLY person in the WHOLE office that can assist me will not be in til 9:30am. So a 5 minute wait wouldn't be to bad. I'm thinking to myself so what was the big deal or what was so busy in the office where this person couldn't have the common courtesy to return someone's call? The place was quiet for a pound. I was the only one in the front lobby...leads me to believe, the pound DON'T return calls. The ONLY person in the WHOLE office finally came in. I explained my situation and needed an extension. She was cool about unlike the other lady the 1st time I went to the pound to get Heineken. Extension was approved. She even informed me that they have a low cost clinic that can do the neutering for $68. I told her that because of the way I was treated when I came to get Heineken I won't be giving anymore of my money to the city pound EVEN if they offer cheaper neutering cost. I'm going to alvarado veterinary clinic.....thanks MR
