If you call the number on the website it gives his cell phone number on the recording if no one answers. I ordered some stuff from them back on December 19th. Earlier this week I sent them an email because I had not received it. Yesterday I got it in the mail along with three extra packs of weights and a hat. They earned my business from now on. Alot of people have good products but good customer service is hard to find.

I also ordered a few packages of Fish Strong Tungsten thru their rep. Waited a few days and called him. Was told he had submitted the order to Fish Strong but he couldn't even get a reply. I got a refund.

Don't know the owner and sorry to hear of your situation. I ordered (11) different packages from them last week (1/10), received a confirmation shipping receipt on Friday (1/13) and received product shipped in full today. Also had a fishing hat included. 1 week from order to receive. Weights look great...Powder coated and No burrs. Hopefully just a mix up on your order.

I also paid for weights in mid December and have received nothing...no weights, no answers, nothing. I've disputed the charge with PayPal. Still nothing from this guy. I guess he's really fish-WEAK.

Man this sucks has PayPal been able to get ahold of him or have they gotten the police involved I've had to do this before and got my money back after a couple months the police said they went to the ladys house so hopefully they get it worked out for us
