Matthew as said previously you have been a big inspiration for many of us here..
Ive told my story before, but I will say it again.
I was still a big bass hunter until 05 or 06,dabbled in crappie fishing, but was a back up plan for me.I started buying some Jigum jigs and learned how to fish them more effectively than the minner dunkin Id been doing,,,,,,,,And it Worked !!!!
Tony (sandwich maker) sent me a PM one day out of the blue and offered to send me some of his jigs,,,and man did he ...

Hundreds of them,all sizes, shapes,combo's....
I had a old vice and some materials from my fly fishing days that hadnt seen light in years, but it came out that weekend...Its been one of the best hobby's Ive had in years.Especially on those cold winter nights or bad weather days when Id like to be on the water but cant..Ive tried to pay some of that generosity forward in the jigs Ive sent out,and a few of tyers that I showed some basics to.Ive learned alot from many of the tyers here and a couple other tying forums, and have made some good friends in the process.
I still have never sold one jig,and dont plan to.I tie for my enjoyment, and luckily they do catch some fish for me,my family and some friends...
You guys that do it professionally have my respect.... and or condolences
