BAWWWW. Their home is shrinking and they need a good home that is not a belly. It looks like he is selling them LIVE. If I was there I would transfer them into a pond devoid of where they could flourish and be happy. laugh

Yea, it's illegal to sell common carp(unless it's dead) or stock them in water bodies.

I believe It's also illegal to transfer fish without a permit.

pretty sure that is illegal. Last thing we need is more carp in our waters anyways

I believe it's illegal to put in other public waters (regardless if caught in public or private water). In fact, you can't stock/put any fish into public waters for many obvious reasons (disease, could be new species w no natural predators ect).

I hear of people catching bass from Fork/Hubbard/unameit lake and putting into community ponds or ponds on their land to catch later, all the time. No problem there...

Def need a permit to sell fish...
