I have not been in a while, but I've fished Cedar Creek since the 60's and it's fished the same this time of year for a long time. Here's some general tips to get you a few bites.
Fish docks on the north banks and protected areas. Use dropshot with a 4" finess worm like F4 Tornado or 4" Zoom Dead Ringer etc.. Plum, Redbug and Green Pumpkin, Finess Jigs Green Pumpkin or Black Blue also Shallow Cranks with Shad Patterns. Generally 2-10ft some dock owners will put out chrishmas trees and those will hold fish better.
You will be surprized how shallow some of the fish are even in winter. I have caught some quality fish under dock walkways in 2ft of water with 48deg temp showing on the graph.
You can also crank rocks/ Rip rap on the Dam and Briges, use a mid depth crank in shad pattern and slow roll just ticking the rocks. You can also run some flats with a Red Craw trap.
Good Luck & Tite Lines
