Give me a few days and I'll see what I can come up with. Right off the top of my head, a EP Peanut Butter will get you the hunch back you are wanting. Since it's a croaker, probably need to work in a rattle somewhere too. Might be able to tie one with EZ Body tubing as well. Just a few thoughts...

Ocean Kayak PBG, Humminbird 160, square center hatch, deck lighting, all that good stuff... basically more money in accessories than I spent on the boat itself, and it came with the seat and paddle, so that's saying something.

This is my first attempt... Gamakatsu SP11-3L3H. White, yellow, and gray buck tail. Added the speckled feather and some gold barring in the yellow section, threw in some saltwater flashabou too. Did all the tying with white thread, but finish wrapped in light olive.
