Anybody want to meet up? Plan is to paddle down to the dam and drift up towards tickey....if nothing is happening then we can anchor in the "TICKEY Creek" area. Unless someone wants to fish somewhere else haha Im open to invites myself!

I've never fished lavon. Where is tickey creek. I am on ray Hubbard , lately once a week, always putting in at bay view marina because of the wind. Can't do Saturday though gotta work. Have to do Sunday morning.

Don't forget your drift anchor. with 8 to 10 mile winds on saturday you are going to have to slow your drift speed down a lot to do any good.

it probably is. i think you are in for a good trip but you will have to control the drift speed. you go faster than a half mile per hour and you won't get one bite.

Have you been to Paddle Creek lake ray Hubbard, we can get out of the wind there, but I am open to anything what time are you thinking for Saturday?

I plan on leaving the house around am6-7... be at lavon round 7:45-8
Put in at Little ridge, if your going let me know and I can see about getting extra shad(if you cant get any)

Caught a 15,14,8 and 5 eaters.....the 15&14 were CPR'ed Palovik was very nice FISHING with you today! Till next time.    And I found out that I dont need waders in this yak! =)

All I kept hearing on radio got another, knows what he is doing. Never paddle so much in my life.
Had a great time learned a lot, chess101 thanks for letting me tag along will post pictures later this evening.

Way to go Chess101!! When I get my kayak, I'll tag along, pick up some pointers, OK? Palovik... "and can he ever paddle" I'm betting all those "young whipper-snappers" can do this  All I have is excuse's..my first is my shoulder hurts.
