Amazing what 5" of rain will do. Lake Sam Rayburn has come up 1' since the rains Sundat night and Monday. Only 11' low now. Hope it continues for all area lakes.

Sure is crazy. I was able to move my boat about 100 yds closer to my house, very nice to be able to see it from the house now.

So when are you going to head towards the and land the big ones? I don't think there is a blue above 10#s north of 147?

I know there are big ones out there. I've caught them on trot lines, but really having trouble getting shad.
Just ordered a 7' net with 1 1/2 lb lead per foot, hope that does the trick for the deep shad.
Will also start looking in a little shallower water.I'm able to mark the bait but about threw my arm off trying with no luck.
I won't give up
