I see a lot of folks bash it, but I have 3 rigs with the 12lb. and have caught a ton of bass this year with it, mainly throwing weightless flukes in heavy heavy cover. Last trip out I stuck a good fish & the darn thing wrapped twice around a stump at bout 15 yards from me, (I thought heck fish is gone cuz all I could feel is the stump , no more fish) I try to troll up to it, cant, boats stuck on a stump, have to fire big motor to get off then finally get up to stump and I take a wrap off & WOW my rod darn near brakes in half but, theres still one wrap on the stump & its imbedded into the grain. I throw rod down and grab line & a big ol 6.5 pound bass was 18 inches down the line!!! HAHA , People say knots break but if you search on YouTube for Stephen Pineau knot,, I promise you wont have any troubles!! Sorry for being so long..
