Hey RSK, I'm nice to you! I was just wanting to know what kind of tourney you fished? Was it like a working mans tourney? Or club tourney? You have to tell us this kind of stuff or our little pea brain minds will wander and concoct all kinds of wierd things. Since you don't fish there much anymore, you want to give me a hint as to where you caught the 12lber? A hint being defined as the exact spot. banana Best bass I ever caught there was a hair over 9 and it was a long, long, loonnngggg time ago.

Hey guys, I didn't mean to ruffle feathers and I don't know anything about what was posted in the past, or who posted it, and I apologize for my weak attempt at making a joke.

Bass fishermen can be a little sensitive when it comes to their sport, and I know because I used to be active fishing for them for several years.

Ya'll keep catching and good luck, but don't feel sorry for us old farts that don't get out much anymore, and you're right about life being too short to worry about it.

Gotta tip 'em with more than just a dollar bill. Nothin worse than an angry stripper. C'mon on down and retire here at Choke; the gators are much nicer.

I'm scared of them gators too. And, I'm not happy about them stuffing their gut with bass(the kind with the big mouth).
But, I sure like alligator boots,....and shoes.
I'll have to keep an eye out for the gator.

Not sure what rsk said for people to bash him and not sure if people did bash him. But i think what he said is right on the money. Choke is tough right now just like it is this time every year. I appreciate what he had to say and hopefully someone reading it will take it to heart and learn something from it

Personally, I think anglers who routinely catch amounts of fish that seem to the rest of us astonishing should be treated with far more deference than has been shown here. Shame on you.

I'm going to start a new thread with actual Choke Canyon fishing reports. This is getting out of control.

I was just wondering what tourney he fished. Wondering if it was walkers local tourney. I think it is funny because people get on here and start all this bs and never really answer a simple question. Rsk gave a report over a tourney just wondering which one. I'have fished walkers local tourney and had a great time and was wondering if that was the weight that won the last one since I could not fish it. Everyone gets on a soapbox and never reply to the folks who have a legit question. Plug for walker he runs a great tourney. Last time I fished it in dec 17 lbs and change won it with three teams right around 15 lbs.RSK What tourney thanks bro

I have a feeling that once we get into spring and these fish get out of their winter funk, Choke is going to be awesome thus year. And with everyone in the world going to falcon, we may have her to ourselves again.

Anywho, have a club tourney next weekend and will prefish one day this week. Will let you guys know how the tourney goes.
