When I grow up I want a rod exactly like it. I beleive you could feel a fish looking at your jig with this rod. Seriously, it's that good!

I would like to know more about your rod. I've been looking for a longer ultra-light rod between 5-7ft long for crappie jigging. Thanks!

Now that's a good rod! You can feel the fish breathe on it ... from 10 feet away You can feel when crappie are debating which one is going to eat your jig You can sense the moment when a crappie is thinking of coming to your jig You can tell the weight of each crappie near your jig and move it to the larger one...

I sure wish I knew what a crappie breath felt like under water. I'm still using $15 fishing poles when I fish. Ah well, maybe when I grown up.

I would like to know the details on that rod. Such as the blank and reel seat details.

I have Brian Spagnola's rod made by CV and it is so sensitive it will scare the heck out of you when you get a bite. You can feel the fish breathe on it.
CW Thats a fact! It was so sensitive that I felt like I could feel the bight clear up in my shoulder before my brain could react.

Ok my fellow anglers...
There is a reason why I don't have a web page on rod building on my website on my custom rods. I don't build rod for a living, nor even for profit. I do it for my self and a few addicts who must have that special rod which can't be purchase any where.
It is not feasable for everyone and definitely not your everyday over the counter rod, even if it's from a high end rod manufacturer. I've posted pics of many rods on here before. Since I don't have blanks and components stocked up, and I don't ever buy a 1000 blanks at a time, thus, each rod raw materials are purchased at a retail pricing + shipping. I charge the same per hrs spent building a rod no matter how much the materials cost. One can spend $20 on total cost of raw material at a garage sale or $300 ordered online for the high-end raw material, the cost for me to build is the same. Therefore, I don't recommend building cheap quality rod. If one is paying me the same amount for labor, I hope he/she save enough money to get the best material available. Once again, this isn't a china sweat shop....Each rod is tailored per angler's liking, from material to looks to shape of handle to name/logo/slogan...etc. (each set of guides can varies from $15 up to $100)...
It is best to PM me your contact number if a custom rod is a must have for you, and I shall give you all the details.

I would like a fishing rod where the fish see your rod and jump into your bucket as you walk along the bank.
