I am just curious because I have been doing that for a few customers and am getting a good many colors built up so thought about offering to sell some by the Oz. This is special glitter treated ti take the heat of curing your heads.

Anyway would like to know if there is any interest so I could get some containers if I decided to sell any of it. I think I am up to 7 colors now. Would appreciate to know the interest level and if there is enough I may add more colors. Already have what I think is the best ones though. I can make it so I control how much glitter I get on a head and it's inside the coating so not falling off or anything like that.

It's what Pro-Tec sells for use with their paint and I guess some glitter would have trouble or they wouldn't be pointing that out on their glitter.

Here are some glitter heads, but keep in mind this pic is very close to the heads so looks bigger. It is just a # 6 Sickle hook for size reference. Also the paint with glitter is still smooth unlike some I have seen because it goes on with clear powder over the paint right after you dip it in paint.

If you look at the edges you can tell it's very small and you also control how much is mixed in your clear. I had only done a few when I did these and really still play with how much to use.

Almost all my custom mix's use a glitter Skip.I mix clear with a small qty of color and glitter to make a single mix.Painting is done in one step. I use somewhere between a 5-1 to 10-1 clear to paint depending on how deep a color saturation I want.Using glitter in this mix gives a much more even coating for me

Just a few examples

Rad....That last one is the Lake Fork Killer..... I see I am going to have to get a little more creative....now that I have broken my skills in a little. Sky's the limit! Where do you guys get your glitter?? I saw some at Hobby Lobby and almost picked it up....it was real fine stuff, and looked perfect....just didn't know if it would take the heat.

Most of mine is Hobby Lobby,I have some glitter especially made for painting and tying, but I cant tell any difference.....

Funny you say that about the tan/blue,,,,,,Id never fished that one till I got some from Jigum, from a request from Ernest,,(not sure who gets the credit on that one) several years ago ,but my PB crappie of all time came on that combo..It will always have a spot in my box... thumb
