Why off Boddeker road at east beach is there no wadding to the sand bank??? Makes no sense to me!!!! Plus the no frisbee rule on east beach??? What the he!! Are these rules about. Also the no vehicle beyond this point signs no one follow, do the cops only care during the summer?
