I am really interested in renting a slip out at Harber Bay Marina out on Lake Ray Hubbard, we have owned one before and the slip fishing is excellent! So i would like to get 3-4 more people to slit the cost with. $132 a month do i will divide that by how many people we can get. If we get 4 of us it will be $33 a person.

Have you gone to look at the slip you may want to rent, do you have a boat to store or will it be for fishing only?

I would be interested in doing monthly, since most contracts ive seen/been offered were for the year. Let me know if you get this going!

If it's month to month figure out how many months you want the slips for... I know people, and someone will always be short one month or every month. Best to get all the money up front...

On that note let me know if someone is short a month or if they hit hard times, you can invite me out once in a while and I'll throw some bucks your way. It's a bit far for me since I'm in Arlington to use on a regular basis but don't mind the drive for new friends and place to fish.

This is very good advice. I would do it a minimum of 6 months.

I put this picture up as my screen saver at work, cause it is a great picture of the marina in the summertime. HR just walked in and told me to get it off of the screen!! They must not appreciate the marina picture as much as I do.

And I would also be interested in joining up with you guys for this boat slip.

What, all those boats aBREAST of each other is a beautiful sight. Such an aTATAractive picture brings peace to the work place.

That's what I thought too!!! They said something about being to racey for the work place and I quickly pointed out that there was not even one race boat in that picture. Some people just never appreciate the finer things of life like a buttyful picture of sail boats and bouys!

Hey just curious on how this is worked out? I have been wanting to do the same thing, but on a bigger slip with a build out to store stuff and hang out. If there is anyone else interested let me know. Would want to do six month deal and then re-evaluate it for the next six.
