Watch out in the tall grass along the bank at White Rock.

Just got a confirmation that the tick I pulled out of my thigh yesterday was a deer tick. Luckily I got him within the first few hours. And he came out with head intact. Dr. is 95% sure I dodged Lyme but we are keeping a watch for the bulls-eye mark.
