We like em fried and grilled We use corn tortillas, pica de gallo, you can substitute mango for the tomato in the pica... Then anything else you like on a taco One tip I got from a chef... I asked him about grilling fish and he said use any dry spice you would add to a steak

I cut my fillets into strips and then panko bread and fry them. Wrap them in a corn tortilla with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro and some Baja sauce (pace picante and mayo) and a squeeze of lime.
Man, am I making myself for hungry!!!
