I'm looking for 2-3 recipes for Crappie Tacos. Grilled, fried or baked. Any help out there?

We like em fried and grilled
We use corn tortillas, pica de gallo, you can substitute mango for the tomato in the pica...
Then anything else you like on a taco
One tip I got from a chef... I asked him about grilling fish and he said use any dry spice you would add to a steak

It's easy.

Make a foil pan drizzle with olive oil put some fish on season with salt pepper lemon pepper a little garlic if you like. Top with tomatoes peppers lemon wheels onions whatever you like. Place on grill. Until flakey. Remove warm Kroger home made tortillas add pico if you have it. If you like spicey add some rooster sauce

I cut my fillets into strips and then panko bread and fry them.
Wrap them in a corn tortilla with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro and some Baja sauce (pace picante and mayo) and a squeeze of lime.

Man, am I making myself for hungry!!!
