Finally, I have finished my "vacation" on Lady Bird Lake. It was amazing not because I have caught some big fish, but because I have met many nice people over there, I have had a chance to meet and fish with "Green Tomato" and his son, I also met Mr. Keith, and fishing with another guy but I have forgot his name (I'm sorry but I'm very bad at name memory) but his TFF nick name is bfs0078.

I have caught some nice fish, and there was no secret about the baits using at all, if you want to know what I have used, just message me and I'll tell you from the beginning to the end. The only matter is I was there and the fish were right down there, and most importantly I was lucky than some others.

The day I fish with bfs0078, I caught few commons, no big surprised. He caught a very nice buff, it was 36lbs.

I have had a chance to meet Mr. Keith and another Mr and again I forgot his name. They are very nice to me.

I broke the record on buffalo fish, caught me a smallest buff that I've ever seen, it weight 9 ounce only


I have had great time with all of you guys up there, I hope somedays that I will return to this lake to break my own personal record.
I also hope somedays to meet some other folks from TFF.

Your small "buffalo" looks to be a gizzard shad. Different species altogether.

Thats really nice buff there Bubba,VC just told me a guy from geogetown had caught one at that spot.I can't tell buffs apart but it may be different fish than the one my son caught the next day.Yours looks a pound bigger.What do all us fisherman here in Austin do now Viet Carper? I guess we have to just wait for the day that the legend returns!

Lady Bird is a special venue, without a doubt. I'm glad you've had the opportunity not only to fish that magical place, but also to meet some of the fine people in the area. Special indeed.

Finally my Big Buff. It was a good day on the water and nice company. Its not always about the fancy gear and bait, but about catching with what you have. The memories made will far out last the gear and bait.
