i am wanting to fish a differnt lake i have taken 1/19-1/20 off to do this but i dont know where to fish. i want to go after some big blues but i have a 12 ft flat bottom can anyone help me with a good lake to fish with a small boat? dont mind traveling up to 4 hrs.

my brother law is telling me that lake fayette is doing real well, its a power plant lake with plenty of points with deep coves, you might check that out, he lives in round rock and it is about 2 hrs away

lake Buchanan seems like a good like not far from you
