Is anybody catching fish near the South Lake area of Sabine Lake North or South of the Causeway Bridge? Also, anything around Goat Island?

I caught a reel nice black drum off the Sabine Pass side of ship channel on shrimp. The older man next to me caught a slot red (23") on shrimp as well. Late evening / incoming tide / from the shore line

We caught a bunch uf Reds around goat island a couple of weeks ago. They were putting on a show in the shallow water. Caugt probably 14 Reds, only four were slots. Live shrimp and gulp.

Well gonna go out and try my new reel. On Sabine Side of ship channel. Just past the bridge. Later ya'll
