be careful I went down there once and quite a few "shady" characters down there. I left so fast my jig didnt have time to get wet.

Never had a problem with the people under the bridges. It's always a good idea to be cautious though... As far as fishing I've been a time or two during the colder days and didnt do well enough to post about it.

a few weeks ago went under the I-20 bridge and tried to jig every bridge piling and stump and didn't get anything but a few dinks. I didn't see any campers.

it was very shallow under the first bridge and looked even more shallow upstream, so not sure much has moved in yet. I went by this weekend and the water looked higher.

On the west side of lake arlington there is a park off Elizabeth and Quail Road. I talked to a few people having luck off the dock there and out by the metal wall. I know they have been sinking xmas trees and willow crappie homes by the mouth of the creek that feeds down from the power plant.

There is a guy selling minnows 1 block west of the park on Elizabeth road, he is super nice. He has alot of good info on the lake and talking to him is worth the cost of 12 minnows.

-good luck

BB that dock gets fished a lot. I don't see many fish being caught on it, but there are some that do catch fish there.
