I have been running equipment since 1998. I can run the following equipment.

Backhoe, Skidsteer, Track Loader, Track Hoe, Mini Excavator, Trencher, Wheel Loader, Shovel. My job requires me to run all differnt types of equipment.
I can rent equipment or you can rent direct and save money. I can tell you what it should cost.
I also have a full concrete crew that i work with. I can provide concrete/materials or you can.

PM me for inquiries.
Thanks.

What would you charge to do a house slab for a 1500 sq ft house in Meridian?

I have a rental home. My renters want me to consider taking out the small concrete pad 5x10 in the back yard by the back door. And replace with a larger pad. say 15 x 10 or larger, not sure if that type of job is too small. what would that cost?

How much for a 20' by 24' slab. it would be a working area in front of my shop. so it would need a small ramp going to a 10' door and would be about 10" tall.

Wolfmann,

Richmond is about a 4.5 hr drive for me so I wouldnt be very competetive with a local contractor but I can tell you that you shouldnt be paying more than 5.25 sq ft for that size pour.

thanks for the interest and if you have any technical questions let me know.

Bildo,

There are couple of things i need to know to price it.

sq ft of work.

thickness of concrete existing and what you would like to replace it with.

City,is it in Irving?

Are you wanting to replace approach, (driveway entry)this has to be permitted and fees and construction methods vary by city.

Thanks.

Also, the garage pour would need to be looked at, if it was poured with the house there would be issues to consider before tearing it out. An overlay might be the way to go on something like that.
