Viet Carper Outdoorsman Registered: 11/25/11 Posts: 106	I will have couple more days in Austin before I head back to Dallas, will be a busy year of working, might not have lots of time for carping. I wil carp fishing this coming Monday and Tuesday, will be my last day of vacation. Please come and join me that day if you could. This would be a great opportunity for me to meet some of you, and it also a great way to start a new year since carps or kois are the symbol of luck for some Asian like me. In Asia, carps or kois are not consider as trash fish as Americans called them. They are all vegetarian and they raise them in the pond and feed them everyday such as dogs or cat. The ponds are mostly in front of the house (for those who have big house), and they believe that those fish will bring fortune for that family. As the new year, all the people tend to come to the public lakes or ponds and feed them, or someone will go carp fishing. They believe if they catch carps or kois, then their year will be full of fortune I'm looking forward to meet you there. Where I will fishing is under the I-35 bridge, and here is the exact location coordinate 30.252573,-97.737484 Happy new year to all.
