Nice day to be outside on the lake. Finally got some good wind to do some drifting on Tawakoni. Managed to catch a 33, 22.5, 14.2 and some box fish. Caught most of them in 43 ft. of water temp about 50 degrees. Shad were hard to find. Caught 2 PB's in the cast net today. A huge crappie and a huge gizzard shad (threw crappie back)

I had a pb shad the other day. 14" then after that, I had a throw that got me 25(I counted) 9"-11" shad. And with all that fantastic bait, I couldn't catch a fish.

Hey HF, I met you out there at the end of the day on Friday when you were loading up to go home. I was looking for stripers and hybrids but got skunked. Those are some nice looking fish you caught. I think I might have to come over to the other side and start looking for catfish after seeing those beauties. It was our (me & my wife) first time out on the lake and though we got skunked, we had a great time. It's an awesome looking lake. Thanks for posting the pics.
