Any word on what the fish are doing at Phantom?

I can tell you they're swimming, but that's about it. I spent the morning out there today. Managed one small crappie and two small bass. Fished brush and docks in 6 to 18 ft. Nothing happening. Also planted a few piles, we'll see what the next few weeks hold

Three hours, two bites. High pressure, no wind.
