Did anyone else have a tough day yesterday? I caught one dink and a small Largemouth in 4 hrs. One of the other guys caught a bunch but he had some secret sauce he wouldn't let anyone see.

Had 21 keepers by myself yesterday at Palestine. A few shorts, and 1 keeper I kicked over the side trying to kick it away from the side.

Yeah, it was a pretty good morning on Palestine yesterday. That fog was thick but from 7:30 to 9:30 I managed 18 keepers.

Caught three largemouth, not one crappie bite. Fished three and a half hours.
High pressure has them holding tight and shutmouth

The pressure on Lewisville was sitting at 29.15 but dropping. That is the lowest it has been in 3 weeks. The fish were not liking it. I fished the evening hours, so that might have been the difference.

I only managed 3 keepers on Lewisville yesterday afternoon. Two of them were pigs though.

It was slow and tough but I just assumed it was me and I was fishing the wrong spot. I hope they bite better this afternoon.

Only found 2 dinks yesterday at Purtis Creek. Talked to a couple of guys in another boat and they weren't having much luck either.
