Fished today about three miles up the bayou, between two of us around 70 big white bass and a bakers dozen largemouth to four pounds, a few slab crappie too - most white bass over a pound to 2# - fish were suspended about ten feet down over 20' of water, large schools of shad around , most fish caught casting shad raps in tennessee shad pattern, and a few on jigs - fish on sunny banks next to cypress breaks late in the day - surface temp 48 degrees at 3PM.

Lots of 1-4# largemouth on cypress points above Marshall water intake, but no white bass caught up there -
