I am not in the market for a new boat but if I was these are the three I would choose between. Here are some links for the boats.

If I was planing to ONLY crappie fish out of it I would go with one of the first 2. Because I also like to fish for blues in the winter and make a few trips to the coast id have to go with the CC Baycat. IMO its a better all around fishing boat and would do much better in the bay.

I do love my center console, but have to think about family trips as well for pleasure. I dont ever fish offshore, so the bay wouldnt be a concern for me

Ranger all the way. But if it was me buying the boat, I would have to go with the Ranger 520 or the 21 comanche. I just like to get in skinny water from time to time, so a deep V doesn't work for me.

Lotta nice features on the Skeeter.
I would not want a tiller steer. That is old school. smile
Sure like the big casting deck and high gunnels on the Lund.
Also like the Ranger. Tough choice. Poll shows the same. juggle

I need a new boat.
Thanks. violin

Looks good Bobby, just wish they made a bigger version. I don't want anything smaller than 20ft anymore. I do like the WX series though. They don't have the storage taking up space like the ranger does.

Bobby, Just talked to a Skeeter dealer back in my home area and he said they are already coming up with a 20ft model that should be offered this spring. He also said they are adding alot of extra features from the WX model to the MX model

Man that Lund tiller is sweet, I love big tiller boats but if I ever wanted to sell it here in Texas, not many people would be in a hurry to buy it...

My plan right now is to buy an old 70's 16ft bass boat that I can convert into a tiller setup (I must say finding a used 50-60 hp tiller here is hard/ 70's bass boat easy/ Tiller hard) and in a year or two buy a custom 20ft Alweld Mod-V....

I never liked the idea of a tiller motor until I went on a guide trip down in VA and the guide had a tiller. man that thing was awesome. The manueverability he had in it was amazing. plus you free up alot of extra space.

The Ranger 621 is a sweet boat, I think most Lund boat guys would not mind a Ranger 621, both nice walleye boats. A Lund 2075 Pro V is more comparable to a Ranger 621.

I like Tiller boats so I like the 2010 Pro Guide or a Ranger 620T, you can't go wrong with either one.

The Baycat I have no idea. But nice looking center console.

I would think a crappie guy would be happy with a Mr. Pike style or Pro Angler .. the new version of these??? The Pro-V is still the top of the line I believe.

You want to look at walleye boats, here ya go:

I am always on that site looking at boats. When I go back to WI this April for graduation I am going to go test drive some of them. then in a couple years when I am ready to buy I will drive up there and get something.
