Ive been looking at expanding my flavor arsenal and as i have looked I have seen some pretty funky flavors, alot of them from R&W such as:

Black Dragon
3-D
Hawg Daddy
Clothes line
"Glow Bait"
O'yeah
Rit Rat

and so forth....

Most of them I don't even have a clue as to what kinda of flavor they are mimicking. Has anyone ever tried any of them? Results?

Glow bait is incredible, I have a couple of friends use it with extreme success.

Give me a call and we can talk about these flavors and other R&W ones that work regularly

Most of our crazy flavors were from my dough bait days:

JB
Uncle Billy
Super Spice
Vanilla Gorilla
Cinnamon Surprise

I dunno- I usually just call em what the flavors are. Too Conservative I guess.

I don't think that, unless you're in the ultra-competitive paylaking environment, that the different flavor mixes are really necessary. But they are fun to figure out!

My twelve year old son stumbled on a bait when we ran out of bread for our dough balls we were making. The bread over time dissolves and the shad tore it up pretty quickly. He began using pieces of bagel from his McDonald's breakfast and dipping them in peanut butter. The balls would still be on the line 45 minutes later and would just have to be re dipped in the peanut butter. Hope this helps someone.
We are new to carp fishing and when we fish for them we go to marinas where they are often fed by the foot traffic. Can anyone give us any info on how to find them on a lake or is it just hit or miss?

Going tommorrow where there is a large population, and I was looking for a simple bait with no boiling etc. I will pack some bagels though
