the bungie cords are flat and come in a 3 pack and I got them at the Dollar Tree here is the packaging:  thanks for all the great remarks!

That's pretty slick, like the spider wire setup. what is really cool is that the belt on that pak will go all the way around and buckle on the other side so it fits perfectly on the container.

I toss mine into the rear storage area that was molded into the yak and use the zig zag bungie cords that came on it to hold it down.
