Not real picky here, just need all parts working. Does not have to look like new, but would like one less than 10 years old. I am putting on a little 17' aluminum bass boat that I plan on selling next year after I am done crappie fishing. Boat is drilled for a Motorguide, so that'd be a plus. Price will probably be the deciding factor
