Me and my family are going to "Canyon Of The Eagles"(if you know where that is), and we are not going to have boat access. I want to know if there are any good areas/tactics that may be affective from the shore in the week after Christmas.
I bank fish Buch a lot for LMB. I've done pretty well the last month, catching 2 new personal best. The last was 12/22 at 5lbs. 6oz.

Otherwise, fish the Burnet Co. Ramp area with a T-rigged WTRMLN/RED baby brushhog. Not far back up the road from COTE. THat's where I caught the aforementioned 5 pounder.
