Here is one that was posted last week
I had to work this morning and the flags were limp, I finished up working and met up with my brother -n-law for a quick afternoon trip to Lake Fork. Saw Jay Don and Rhonda Reeves at the 154 ramp on our way out. The 154 ramp is fine for launching as well! We got on the water at 2:00 and were headed home about 5:00 with 38 keepers. Caught all our fish on hand tied jigs and bobby garland plastics today in 28-32 ft. of water. It was a great day of fishing this afternoon with NO wind! Enjoy..

Good fishin,

John

You can launch at the public ramp on 154 or the Minnow Bucket ramp [3.00 fee, includes cleaning station]. The 154 bridge was holding crappie around 28-30 ft. last weekend. Also near the dam off SRA point has the deep water bite going on now. Take an anchor for that area.

Blue/cinnamon is what I hear. We caught 90% of our fish on minnows. Points between the 154 bridge and caney point, 32-38'. We went Saturday and today. Caught a little over 30 both days and everybody said it was slow. We caught a few really big ones and a lot of 9-11" fish. Definitely worth the trip.

I used black w/char. split tail and elect. chicken at the 154 bridge. I plan to use minnows and jigs off the SRA point day after Christmas. The guy that runs the minnow bucket told me the bite is good at the point, others said told me the same thing.

Court;
I called the man at Chaney Point RV today. He said small boats can launch, but not big boats. He said the recent rains have not helped his ramp because they are pumping water out as it rains. I described my boat and he said NO I could not launch at his ramp now.
