I can't seem to find a spot in Galveston Bay that wont empty out with a good north wind blowing. Seeing as there will be a consistent winter problem I turn to the TFF.

Any info would be appreciated.

Same here. Anywhere along the Galveston and Houston ship channel should be holding fish. You may want to try those areas. I fished the Galveston channel from the bank last weekend. Only caught sand trout. I saw a couple of guys catching flounder, but they were wade fishing.
