We ran two trips on Pines Saturday with good success on both. Crappie were doing the best in 20-25ft of water at day break. By 10:00 am they really slowed down, I think we had about 40 by 10:00 or so and it took about 2 more hours to finish up with 50 fish. I guess I might have zigged when I should have zagged. I am busy on CC this week with trips but plan on returning to Pines early next week for more crappie trips. All crappie were caught on 1/8th oz slab bandits on 6lb Mr Crappie line.
