Any thoughts on how all this rain will effect fishing on belton and stillhouse for the rest of the week?

I don't know about your lakes, but here at Canyon we have
not had enough rain to make a differance. Here , if the water
does not rise a foot or so and the color does not change,it is
the same game as before.Hope this helps. Sunshine or cloulds,
makes a differace here. Most of the time that is what happens
with our over-ride rain or blue northers.

Was not enough to have an effect on anything except might increase the sahllow bite if you can find the few pockets with residual run off. shallow Jigs flipped around chunk rock and isolated wood, Also shallow cranks in both shad and craw patterns.

the lakes didn't come up any, the ground was too dry to get any runoff going.

no complaining about rain until this drought breaks!
