Both kayaks are decent but there are much better ones out there. If you enjoy kayaking your going to upgrade eventually anyway. Get yourself a trident 13 or 15 and you'll love it.

Never had the opportunity to look at one of those and I will have to.

Me being new to kayaking and actualy owning a copy of my first kayak I ever paddled and fell in love with (back in 2008 Tarpon 120)I am stoked to be paddling this pescador for now but I am sure someday I will upgrade to something else smile

Thankyou B_Rod for the welcome. I feel privledged to be able to post on such a great forum.

I am happy that I can contribute some information about the Heritage Angler 12' as I noticed there realy isn't much out there information wise about them...the Pescador on the otherhand I notice there has been quite a bit of talk about this one for sometime now accross the web.

It's neat to find out that with a little bit of looking some serious cash can be saved with some of the rebadged kayaks sold out there...makes you think what else might show up at another time.
