Fished today with repeat John and his boss mike , along with his son .. What a beautiful day on the water .. A little chilly starting off but warmed up nicely ..   I started early .. I am sorry .. I just can't standing around waiting I told my guest that we don't really fish certain hours during the winter ... Nothing really started till later in the morning ... Which I expected .. I seen franks report and have to agree .. If you have a little smaller fluke .. Try it .. All the fish I cleaned today had 2-3 in shad .. And the whitebass hit was really light ... We ended with some nice hybrids and HUGE whites .... All fish caught on flukes from www.moestackleshop.com in 25-34 ft water .. Winds were light and water was 49-52 degrees .. Give me a call if you want a trip .. Right now I am running a winter special and with it not being hot we stay on the water longer .. So .. Less money .. And fish a little longer .. Can't be beat .. Now that's luxury class fishing  





And yes .. You know where I am at by the picture ... This time of year they really move .. It was good seeing Raymond and thanks for the call .. Good seeing my twin brother Todd and the gang ... And everybody else

Fished with good friend Gene And Ruben today .. Got on the water at 10:30 am and fished till 3:00 pm .. No hybrids for us today and the bite was very tricky !!! But we loaded the cooler with huge whites , HUGE YELLOWS and small yellows for my guys at work .. Ruben caught a monster yellow ( cross?) and whacked the whites all day ... Caught a couple hybrids but small ... 333-35 ft water was the trick today and small lures .... Tried the 4 in fluke but they didn't want that ... Give me a call , I have open dates and running a winter special .. Thanks Champion Gene and Ruben .. Great time ...

Nice report John! Looks like some happy customers. I have to say this was an epic day for me out there! Finished with 9 legal hibbies, and the sandies were mammoths!

I guess I missed all the fun sitting in the deer stand not seeing anything. O Well sounds like the lake was full anyway.

We did load the ice chest with some huge sandies and that yellowbass that Ruben caught, the picture does not do it justice.

We need to lay a regular yellow beside it to get the full view of its awesomeness.

Great trip guys, it is good to be on Hubbard catching fish.

Cool pics! I think that big yellow may be one of those paridise bass. I caught one last year and one this week. Both deadsticking in the Winter. Kinda weird, but I have never caught one any other time of year.

El spent his whole life hunting for this elusive paradise bass on Hubbard. And you did it in just one day. Way to go Ruben!!
