Ok I was running 67-68 at 5900 Rpms before I had some motor work done
New prop shaft and motor mounts/mid section Prop was sent to steve to be fixed and rework while motor work was being done. I put the jackplate back to where I had it prior to the work and now I am turning 6000 and only getting 62 on a long run with a light load. The boat has never had any issues jumping up on pad and plenty of water pressure

Zx200 w/3.3L 200hp HPDI. 25 Pitch T-1

Should I have more cup added or should I look at going up to a 26 or 27?

When i got the boat the offset in the jackplate sides was flush. I went from a 25M to a 25 T-1 and started to raise the jackplate. I only went up 1" with the motor and was happy with the performance and the holeshot so I left it there.

See if the prop had any cup removed . If it lost cup it could not lift the bow as well and could easily scrub 6MPH off your speed and cause your RPMs to go up..

when props are sent to me from a dealer i put them back to stock specs unless otherwise requested. i have NO idea whose prop it is or what it's going on.

so... send or bring the prop to me and i'll inpsect it.

it does sound like the cup is not enough for your boat.

I'll give ya a call in a little bit Steve

I wasn't trying to call you out on anything. I figured the glass company would have given you the boat information

I'm sure you will remember it once you see it. It's the one that has a crushed in hub edge
