I will be hosting two Beachbody Challenges starting on Jan3.
The 30 day Shakeology is geared to jump start your fitness transformation. The members of this challenge will agree to replace one meal a day with Shakeology and workout at least 3 days per week.
The 90 day Challenge will be for those that are ready to commit to working out 6 days per week, replacing one meal with Shakeology, and following a meal plan tailored to your fitness goals.
