Has anyone tried these for Hybrids and sandies? Looks as though it would work well. I caught 3 sandies on 2 hooks last year with Mark Parker and it was a hoot. Can only guess what 4 or 5 would be like. partyon

somethign I have done, that works well for catching multiple whites at a time and is simpler and cheaper than an umbrella rig, is to tie three swimbaits (curly tail grubs or cocahoe minnows are my faves) on jigheads about a foot and half or so apart from each other on your main line, in a sort of a daisy chain. troll this rig, and if you pass through a school of whites and/or hybrids every swim bait is likely to get bit. I have even caught a white, hybrid, and lmb all three at same time once. I guess they were all feeding on the same school of shad or something.
doubles and triples are common with this rig...but recommend using a fairly heavy leader, like 20lb or more, as the sharp gill plates can cut the line when multiple fish are hooked.

What i did to make it easier to use is make leaders out of stainless leader material. The leaders don't wrap around each other the way regular fishing line does. I even added coastlock swivels so I can change the baits out with ease. Has worked for me for years.

$ 15 - $ 30 seems to be a bit spendy 2 me??

Wait another 30 days and some1, ( not me ) will have these for under $ 9.00

Looks like a cumbersome mess to cast 2 me?

Good luck!

I think it can be pretty successful but its a pain in the arse to use sometimes. Gets caught up easily on everything. You have to be super careful. I had to cut one on Saturday
