What is the best tide for Speckled Trout? Out or Incoming?

Also, What is the best wind direction?

I like outgoing in the marsh, but either is good on mid bay reefs and such.

SE is preferred wind, NW is least favorite.

Tide movement is just part of the equation. You also need clean water and the presence of bait. I also agree with Pat's statement.
