I know this is out of the area, but it is a great time of year to fish the bay in Pensacola. I can't believe how thick the snapper are in the bay, but you can't keep them. Redfish either. FL does not allow any redfish out of the slot. This was during thanksgiving break and since the bull reds have picked up. I imagine in Galveston too.
